How an EMOM works

Do a set at the top of the minute. Rest for whatever is left. When the next minute starts, go again. The rest shrinks as you slow down, which is the whole point: the clock keeps you honest about the weight and the reps.

Total minutes sets how long the session runs. Every sets the interval, so 1:30 makes it an E90S and 2:00 makes it an E2MOM. Get ready adds a short countdown before the first minute.

What you hear

A beep at the top of every interval, ticks through the last three seconds so you can pick the bar up on time, and a finish chime. The phase label counts the minutes for you.

Questions people ask

What does EMOM stand for?
Every Minute On the Minute. You start a set at the top of each minute and rest for whatever is left.
Can I do E2MOM or every 90 seconds?
Yes. Change "Every" to 2:00 or 1:30. The timer divides the total time into intervals of that length.
Does it warn me before the next minute?
It ticks for the last 3 seconds of each interval and beeps at the top of the minute.
