What this one is for
A 14 minute timer is a frozen pizza. Most boxes say twelve to fifteen minutes at around 220C, and fourteen is where the base is done and the cheese has not gone to leather yet.
The same fourteen minutes covers oven chips, a tray of sausages turned once, and the gap between putting food in and remembering you did.
Press Space to start. The remaining time shows in the tab title so you can leave the kitchen, and it beeps at zero.

How it runs
Counts down 14 min, then beeps. Press Start, or hit Space. The digits turn green while a work block runs and grey on rest.
Sound is on by default: a rising pair for work, a falling pair for rest, a tick for the last three seconds and a three-note finish. Mute with the speaker button. The screen stays on while the timer runs and the tab title shows the time left.
Change anything in Settings under the timer. The last setup you used on this page is remembered in your browser.

- Usually twelve to fifteen minutes at about 220C, depending on the base. Check the box, then trust your eyes on the cheese.
- Will it beep if I walk away from the laptop?
- The countdown keeps correct time from timestamps. The beep plays while the tab is open, so leave the tab in front if you want to hear it from the next room.
- Can I change the duration?
- Yes, set any number of minutes on the timer, or use the 13 and 15 minute pages.
- Does it work without internet?
- Yes, after the first load it runs entirely in the browser.
