What this one is for
A 75 second timer is rest between heavy sets. Seventy five seconds sits between the ninety second default and the minute most people actually take, which makes it the honest middle for accessory work that is still hard.
It is also a long enough gap between hill repeats to get your breathing back without letting your legs go cold.
Press Space to start. The tab title carries the countdown so you can rack the bar, and a beep tells you to go again.

How it runs
Counts down 1 min 15 sec, then beeps. Press Start, or hit Space. The digits turn green while a work block runs and grey on rest.
Sound is on by default: a rising pair for work, a falling pair for rest, a tick for the last three seconds and a three-note finish. Mute with the speaker button. The screen stays on while the timer runs and the tab title shows the time left.
Change anything in Settings under the timer. The last setup you used on this page is remembered in your browser.
Questions people ask
- How long should I rest between sets?
- Around 75 to 90 seconds works for moderate compound and accessory work. Heavy strength sets usually want three minutes or more.
- Can I make it repeat between every set?
- Yes, the interval timer loops work and rest pairs so you are not restarting after each one.
- Will it still beep if I put the phone down?
- The countdown keeps correct time from timestamps. The beep plays while the tab is open, or the instant you come back to it.
- Can I change the duration?
- Yes, set any number of seconds, or use the 60 and 90 second pages.
